Hotel is beautiful we had a warm welcome after arriving at 3am however the lifeguards are very unprofessional always on phones and leaving the pools un occupied, aswell as being very rude and nasty believing you dont understand however my partner travels and can speak several lanuages. He had an unpleasant talk with one of the lifeguards and his friend that were really nasty towards my partner for no reason at all thinking he didnt undersrand. The food is awful so wont be back.

Club mermaid June 2026 Good points - lovely pool and slides, modern clean family room . Great atmosphere we enjoyed darts, water polo and aqua aerobics. Shout to Guyu for his friendly and warm approach he was helpful by two boys really took to him. Always food to eat that was nice but repetitive. We liked the tractor bus that took us to the beach quite unique. Bad points - Payable wifi should be free, we had a towel and sliders go missing, Tattoo and massage people are a bit pushy we found at the hotel aswell.

We arrived at the hotel the evening reception staff were lovely but a lady I. The daytime seemed very offended whenever we asked for help but it got resolved when we arrived I had a terrible drain smell in my room sadly the smell kept comeing but it was the drains but the cleaning staff was fantastic trying to resolve it as best they could and zeki havva was very helpful and done everything possible to make sure the smell was gone as best as possible he made sure the staff done as much as they could includeing changing the mattress , the hotel was always kept spotless at all times and pool was cleaned nightly ,some of the restaurant staff was lovely but there was a few gentlemen that wasn’t very helpful they eventually got us to a manager I assume and he made sure we was helped as my nephew and daughter have allergy’s there was that much of a great variety of food that everyone could eat it was ok but there could of been more options entertainment staff were lovely and food at the snack bar was nice and staff was helpful there isn’t much outside the hotel but if you walk just down the road there is shops and a bizarre I reccomend ruzgar cafe and bar and a shop where the manager is called tornado he sells clothes at a reasonable price I wouldn’t recommend talking to your rep about problems we booked with on the beach as they only wanted to sell us tours we did ask to be moved becouse we needed more as a family on holiday we save very hard and it would have been nice if there was more available apart from that the children and myself enjoyed the weather and atmosphere we also went to Picasso restaurant they sell round the pool the prices are great and it’s an authentic experience ,we wouldn’t personally come back to this hotel but it wasn’t the worst also be aware of hidden extras like the safe the Wi-Fi that cost us 20 euro for the 10 days per device I recommend anyone getting a Turkish sim when you arrive to save the hassle and price also after 11pm you have to pay for drinks and tea and coffee something to be mindful of as I said the kids enjoyed the pool and slides daily so we made the best of what we had oh and of you want to go to the beach it’s a shuttle but then stairs and very far onto the beach to get to just a heads up incase you wanted to go not disabled friendly

What a lovely clean hotel for the family. In Restraunt many times have problem with just 1 lady staff member. Here name is irem she was very rude on many different occasions the over Restraunt staff was great and caring. Just irem very Big rude problem. She need to leave the team.

Fantastic time, Esma very good at entertaining kids. Hotel is very nice, food is excellent and the pool is really good. It's also very close to the beach which has the all inclusive as part of that too. Our second time coming and won't be the last
