TUI BLUE Scheherazade

What a week it was! From the moment we arrived we were treated fantastically! The staff were all amazing special mentions to Said, Bilell, Hamza and our lifeguard by the courtyard pool ( I could list every member really). I would also like to mention Mohamed who helped out greatly! FOOD - a fantastic culinary experience all tastes catered for and all in abundance! Your catering team must work so hard to do what they do! ENTERTAINMENT- A great group of young people who tried hard to make sure everyone, who wanted to be involved, had a good time from the karaoke (my favourite) to the games and classes arranged throughout the day to the shows at night, they helped make the holiday memorable! FACILITIES- we had the joy of booking a swim up room which was of a high quality! Rooms may be of a smaller size but if that is my only negative it is outweighed by the overwhelming positives from the rest of the hotel resort, both pools well maintained and staffed, the beach clean and so close to the main building it made my jaw drop when seeing our view from the terrace (which only lacked a couple of chairs to be able to sit on at night rather than just the sun lounges). The restaurants and snack bars again were of a high standard clean and well staffed and the service from the waiters at the bars second to none! My Partner used the gym everyday which also spotlessly clean and well maintained, it would be great though if there was a couple more EZcurl bars and smaller straight weight bars to use and a couple of your step aerobic steps available in the gym room itself. The on site shop is well stocked and all on site vendors were all very friendly and not pushy or in your face in any way! OVERVIEW - An Exquisite holiday which in length too short but in gratification immense! 7 days was not enough so next year 10 days already booked (so far) Big Thanks and Love sent to all at this treasure of a hotel and next year can’t come soon enough شكرا لك. 4th time still fantastic adults only hotel, excellent staff, food good made to feel really at home. Will return again at the end of July 2026.

My 2nd time here for 3 weeks beautiful hotel on a lovely clean soft sand beach, So clean everywhere delicious hot food but the staff make this hotel what it is, so friendly, shout out to my lovely ladies Shayma, Maha and Louka, cleaners , ifeguards, kitchen staff,reception and waiters especially Anis and Ahmed such a special place would I go back yes without a doubt

I am very happy with my stay. Everything is perfect here especially the staff, they go above and beyond for everyone. See you next year inchallah
