TUI BLUE Palm Beach Club Hammamet

This is my 3rd visit to Tui Blue Palm Beach and I didn’t think it could get any better but it really has! The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and fun. The food is amazing, the whole hotel and grounds are immaculate. I bring my elderly mom here and she enjoys it so much everyone helps her and she has the best time. Thank you to all the staff, animation team and the PT guys ❤️ See you hopefully in September, thank you so much, throughly recommend to EVERYONE xx

To be honest there’s not much I can that hasn’t been said already. TUI blue palm beach is classed as an 4 star hotel and I believe this accurately reflects its level (though I would say it’s at the top end of 4 star but a little way off 5 star level) it offers a genuinely all round lovely holiday experience. All staff friendly and helpful, all hotel areas and rooms are very well looked after and generally very clean, the star in this hotel has to be the food it offers, everything well presented and cooked, with the menu changing everyday over a one week period. The pool area is great and the daytime activities are very well thought out with the entertainment team being lovely and friendly but never a nuisance in any way. I honestly feel the hotel is ideal for adults /couples. Immediately Outside the hotel is pretty barren and run down pavements etc aren’t great, the old town area is around 3 miles away with some local shops and the old madina area, taxi’s are fairly cheap to use. Now for a couple of little negatives: The rooms are lovely as I said earlier but the open plan style of the shower and sink area won’t work for everyone especially a family with older/teenage children or couples travelling who are not romantically involved such as travelling with a friend as it just isn’t private enough in my opinion, travelling with partner/wife or husband I think would be fine. The hotel beach area I did find very disappointing, pretty small and narrow unlike any other hotel beach I’ve been at previously in Tunisia. I would also say that all bathing areas around the pool are located on grass, we found the area’s extremely soggy and marshy during the first 5 days of our visit due to some rain, the hotel did try to address this issue but if your travelling early late season be aware of this. And finally the only complaint I have about the all inclusive concept is that a hotel of this standard, rating and cost really should be supplying international brands as standard (not necessarily premium brands) rather than local spirits. I would also recommend the bar stays open till maybe 12.30/1am as we found ourselves sitting back up in reception area at 12.05am with all the lights out in the dark, I know it’s not a party hotel but felt it was just a little early to be finishing our drinks in the dark. To sum up we had a fantastic holiday here, met lots of lovely people and will return in the future.

Our second visit this year to TUI Blue Palm Beach hotel. This hotel is so good in our opinion, that each time we have been we have booked to return while we were there. The staff are what make this hotel so good. Everyone from every department plays an important part in the running of the hotel. There are so many wonderful people who work here that it's impossible to mention them all by name. Some of the staff who we interacted with daily, and have become good friends need a special mention: The fitness instructors 5🌟 Dali and Wael, these guys are amazing! The fitness classes they run are not one size fits all. They take time to recognise guests strengths and weaknesses. Thanks guys see you soon. The Animation Team 5🌟 Brahim, who leads the team and is the best compère I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Issame (Sammy) the DJ, oh Sammy that song you introduced us to...."Touch Me Softly" Nino and Santo the dancers....thanks for the dances guys. And also Ghofy. They do a fantastic job day and night. Culinarium/Buffet/Snack Bar 5🌟 Aran, thank you my lovely friend for looking after me. Hsan, thank you for being there and caring. Thank you also to All the hardworking chefs and kitchen staff for the beautiful food you produce. The buffet waiters who are there with a smile to serve. And the staff who are there keeping the buffet restaurant clean. The Bar - Evening 5🌟 Adnen, Mohammed and the team, great guys who serve great drinks/cocktails. See you all soon. The Bar - Daytime 5🌟 Jamel and Kais thank you gents for your drinks service. Thea's Coffee Shop/Bar - Daytime 5🌟 Mondher you make the best coffee, thank you. Guest Rooms/Housekeeping 5🌟 Olfa, who went above and beyond. Thank you for keeping our room spotlessly clean and also the towel art and other little touches. Reception - 5🌟 Thank you to Madame Yosra for your help with our room. Nesrine - TUI Blue Guide who was extremely fast with email response time. It was a pleasure to meet you face to face. Amira - TUI Experience Manager. We met briefly and had a very nice chat, see you again soon. All who worked reception were extremely helpful and always with a smile. Others services to mention although I may miss some.... apologies - Housekeeping 5🌟 The ladies and gents who clean the public areas, lounges, outside pool/terrace areas and the hotel grounds all deserve a mention. Maintenance 5🌟 I reported a broken tile near the pool and these guys were there within 5 minutes. Well done guys. Pool/Beach 5🌟 The towel guys and lifeguards. To any department I have missed you all deserve 5🌟 And last of all I have to thank Sonia. Thank you for making my birthday special, you made my day. And also for the way you run this hotel. We love how you walk around each day and speak not only to guests but also All your hardworking staff. We look forward to our return later this year. See you All soon!!

I always use reviews to consider where to holiday and I’ve had such a wonderful time at this hotel I thought I’d share my experience. I unexpectedly found myself on crutches after an operation. The hotel is very accessible and the staff are very happy to help. We were given an accessibility room(237) which had a wet room and shower seat which proved invaluable. As many reviews have stated the rooms are clean and the food is varied and very tasty and I can agree with these. For me though, the hidden gem was unexpectedly discovering the Blue Fit concept at this hotel. Lead by expert Dali he prides himself on delivering a variety of classes to cater to all levels of experience for mind, body and spirit, for me personally I wanted to increase my mobility. He quickly adapted his classes to accommodate my restrictions and was super conscientious about my medical conditions. I was able to participate using a chair in some classes. Dali has, over my 2 week holiday, helped me with my mobility and confidence so I am now easily walking with one crutch and more importantly through the classes my bones and muscles feel stronger. Blue fit is something I would recommend everyone tries and would consider returning to this hotel to utilise again. Stayed End May 26 and the weather was settled high 20’s.
