Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

We had a lovely stay here in Phuket! Our room was spacious, cleaned daily & modern with access to fridge freezer & great aircon. The hotel is located just by the beach with sea views and direct access to the beach. The area of Bang Tao is quiet but plenty of restaurants, bars and a night market. Staff were friendly & helpful. The pool is big, clean & modern. You are always able to get a sunbed even if it is late afternoon. The hotel has a few bars (they are cashless) and you are able to charge the drinks to your room & pay at the end of your stay. There is also a 7/11 opposite the hotel.

I went to Thailand for the first time and choosing this hotel was the best decision! The coastline is right next to the hotel, a comfortable and quiet location in Bangtao. It's convenient to get there, we took a taxi. It was 420-440 baht to the center of Phuket. Comfortable rooms, everything is clean, the feeling of a large space. Daily cleaning service. Very warm-hearted, friendly staff, service at a very high level! Thanks to manager Daniel, he told me, suggested where to go in Russian. There was a case when a hotel guest became ill (migraine), the ambulance arrived immediately. We went in May, it was out of season: big waves, rains, but this did not interfere with the rest, it was comfortable to stay in the room in bad weather and use the sunny days to the maximum! We ran out in swimsuits on the sun beds by the pool or the sea. I really liked the abundance of greenery on the territory. At the same time, it did not interfere with sunbathing, it was a very nice bonus. Delicious and full-fledged breakfasts, there is a spa center, a gym, bars, a pool bar, billiards. I definitely recommend the hotel!

Second time we've been to this hotel but this time with friends too; great hotel in a great location right on the beautiful beach & fantastic value for money. Best to book B&B only as there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, especially on the beach; the food is great at the hotel but not many people eat there in the evenings due to the relatively higher cost. Rooms are very good, beds very comfortable & breakfast has good quality food with plenty of choice. Massages were great too at the hotel and well priced.

The Tai People lovely. I went to have a rest. Thats what I got. The room I was given when we arrived was on the 4th floor, to much for my knees, hadn't even seen the room. We were than given another room, not happy with the room, called reception and explained. I was told to sort it out the next day, which I did. The new room that we were given over looked the bar pool. It was lovely. The staff they work hard every day. My room was taken care of every day. The staff do a fantastic job in all that they do. Most days I had some form of seafood. I differently will be coming back.
