Every time I've come to this hotel everything has been spot on especially the animation team.

Good location, 10-15min walk to the beach. Lots of tourist shops and restaurants in walking distance. The animation team were great, I enjoyed the water aerobics with Naomi! Unfortunately the hotel was over run by 2000 students that were there for the Mallorca island festival for the end of their term. This really was not the holiday we were sold as a family holiday. The family pool next to the slides were designated to the students, and only they could use it. The only restaurant with outside seating was reserved for the students as well. So instead of the 8 pools advertised, we only had access to 7. And only one restaurant. The students were very noisy at night, crashing pans and shouting at 3am when they came back from their night out. This would be expected at night club/party hotel however this hotel is advertised as a family hotel. The Thomas Cook and TUI websites clearly say there are tennis courts and a gym available however these are not part of the hotel, they are just in the local area. My husband has complained to the hotel but when asking for the reference number was given another form to fill in. If you are thinking of booking a holiday here, I would say check if the festival or any other event is booked at the time you are coming and going somewhere else if they have an event on.

having an amazing holiday so far… entertain has been brilliant and excellent with the children. Naomi has been super welcoming and getting children involved in all the activities. the night time shows have been so good and our family has loved it here
