Fabulous family holiday. Facilities were great with quiet adult only pool and a family pool with shallow and deep parts. The service was definitely 4 star with a system where you were supplied vouchers to get pool towels and also plastic returnable glasses for the pool area which worked well and made life easy. The all inclusive food was fresh and expansive and there were no complaints from adults or children. Lovely grounds to wander around. Some entertainment in the hotel with some kids entertainment in the day. Staff were professional but very friendly and helpful. Only slight down side is the small beach was not suitable for children as it was stoney with large stones on the waters edge. Other beaches nearby but will need to check them out. Would return and would recommend,

Excellent hotel, very clean and staff helpful. Huge family pool with excellent activities for the little ones. Pool towels can be changed daily, music played by the family pool, but the other pool is much quieter All inclusive guests get a token to exchange for a cup for outside drinks. Buffet restaurant had a good choice of food Although the pool doesn’t open until 10am you can still use the loungers which there are plenty of. Uk tv in the rooms a bit hit and miss as to whether they get a signal, there is a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee… we took a tea bag from breakfast to make a brew in the room. Had a fabulous 9 day stay If you are going into Estepona or Banus do not use Uber the local taxis are much cheaper

the location is beautiful there is also an old town with shops and restaurants next to a sea with yachts and boats the atmosphere was great everyone is so nice so is the staff the rooms were very good apart from the showere wich was broken but everthing else was great so was the toilet wich was compy for your business the sevirce was great all the staff were very nice to me and myfamuly l love this place so much l come every year in the summer holidays and on the beach there is a wonderful lady who can do braids and other stuff for your hair and every night there is entertainment after dinner and a kids clubs throughout the day and it was so clean when we walked in and whan the cleaners did it

We travelled here on 30th May and stayed for a week as a family of 6 - which included our 17 year old and 21year old daughters and grandparents. Reception area is lovely , on arrival at midnight we were allocated 2 double rooms which had 3 single beds in each. The rooms were tiny, and not fit for purpose with a view of the bins and carpark with a terrible smell of sweater to match. The next morning we were able to upgrade to level 6 larger style family rooms for a charge which we worth it for the sea view and hills, the location of this hotel us so very poor. It’s costs £45 each way into puerto banus and a 5 mile walk to a garage if you need any essentials. The smell next to the main pool of sewerage was overwhelming and would recommend sunbathing by the quiet pool. The food is only 1 star rating at best - it was served cold for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The same repetitive meals each night served in troughs which weee spag bol, chops, pizza, salad some sort of stew. It was always cold. The desserts were nice but cold meats and cheese were left out uncovered with flies over them - bread rolls were good which is what we mainly lived on. For 2 days there was no ice cream unless you went the snack bar and paid. We were allocated inclusive - ice cream appeared after asking a waiter on day 3. It always felt sparse and as if things were closing down around us at the hotel. The main restaurant was closed all week for refurbishment so we ate in the verdana which was like a makeshift tent sitting on plastic chairs - certainly not the four star experience we had enjoyed at other hotels across Spain and the canaries. The drinks were good and served in good size glasses and the staff were mostly all very lovely. The beach is not very nice and you cannot walk on it for rocks and it smells really bad. The entertainment is very limited at the hotel and night time apart from a musical night was dire. I would not recommend this hotel as it is not a four star. It rates between 2 and 3 stars - please think before you book. We are glad to be getting home and will not book here again,

The rooms are amazing and good space and immaculate after cleaning! Stunning food presentation and tastes delicious. Pool is incredibly clean, clear blue water, spent loads of time and very big which is good. Very big hotel and all the staff are lovely! Overall it was an amazing experience!
