I had a recent holiday at this hotel .we loved the rooms food and animation team The dining room was very good The entire staff worked amazingly well My concerns are for the staff They worked under enormous pressure and I felt they were not appreciated by the manager I witnessed him giving the dining room staff a row for speaking to bar staff I understand that staff were recently paid off and the staff worked so hard

Amazing holidays with friends in this hotel! There's almost nothing we didn't like, and we could remark the amazing work of the entertainment, overall Alberto, Bella, Oscar, Melissa, Pauline and Laurie who made our vacations soo funny!

Location is in a quiet residential street rooms are very spacious absolutely spotless plenty of sheets pillows duvets blankets bit to hang wet towels outside balcony great view staff work extremely hard entertainment staff wonderful aqua fit is ace great with kids loads activities big tv for football fans in reception air conditioning rooms have balconies bath shower beady cleaning staff around everyday fridge in room also get fresh water at bar vending. Machines pool snack bar if u get tired of the all inclusive which is great but fancied pizza snack bar good very reasonable 8 euros for pizza 3 euros fifty chips brilliant I came here solo and felt very comfortable at poo. In restaurant u can eat inside or out very relaxing brill for family's solo nice relaxing kids club large pool is fantastic very clean plenty sunbeds recommend will return love it

Very nice area would definitely recommend if you want a chill holiday with a few drinks 🍻 staff was very helpful n funny

This is the first time we’ve felt extremely let down and frankly conned out of our hard earned money. Rooms 1 pillow each. No bin. No cushions on the sofa. Absolutely nothing in the so called kitchen area. One plug in the kitchen area, so have to unplug the fridge to use the kettle that we had to ask reception for. TV, not a single channel works. There were birds nesting above our balcony, so the balcony, table and chairs were covered in bird faeces, even the clothes dryer on the balcony was covered in it. Also our air conditioning broke down on the second day, that evening an engineer called and just turned it off, 24 hours later he came back but my wife was sleeping and I told him to come back in an hour, he said to me “one hour” and nodded, he never returned for the entire holiday. Bar 1 bar staff member in the evening and day, she asked me to return the glasses, as there’s no one collecting glasses. 1 bar staff member to slow down all inclusive orders, thereby cheating you out of your all inclusive packages. I had to queue for half an hour for one drink during the day, that is completely unacceptable. You have to pay for drinks after 11pm, (not mentioned when we were booking) On our first full day here about 100 Spanish teenagers got dropped off at our “FAMILY” hotel, they were slamming doors and shouting all night. And can you imagine what this did to the bar and restaurant in the evening. Location Really remote, nothing within walking distance, no shops, no attractions, no sights. Had to walk for 5-10 minutes to get to our room, carrying 20kg cases up and down stairs. Got dropped off at the bottom of a hill and had to drag our 20kg cases up a long hill to get to the entrance. TUI asked us to complain at reception again, so my wife took photos of the bar completely overrun by these teenagers with only one member of staff to run the bar, change the taps over, clean the tables, collect glasses and so on, and when she got to reception the manager verbally attacked her and threatened to call the police if she didn’t delete the photos. The teachers that were there said they would back us up on that and we have exchanged information. All in all I’d say this hotel falls massively under the false advertising banner. TUI should definitely not use this hotel for their customers.
