It is in our mind best hotel in Azores. Clean luxury sustainable peaceful pristine Amazing servicing Great location. Want to shout out to Rodrigo at lobby, Joanna at rooftop restaurant. Get their Cesar salad everyday. So good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and service are excellent. We loved the spa. We especially liked the welcome cheese platter and complimentary beverage services. The bed was super comfortable. Everyone goes out of their way to help you.

We were beyond pleased with this hotel. The hospitality is impeccable. The rooftop bar area was relaxing and the service staff at the spa could not be more accommodating (thank you Tiego!). All the hotel staff were invested in a lovely stay for us. I would highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location, easily walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding for breakfast and dinner at both the rooftop bar and A Terra restaurant. The views from the rooftop bar and our room were gorgeous. The room was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. We had a minor issue with our shower drain being clogged, and it was addressed right away. We booked through the Chase Edit program, and that was acknowledged upon check-in, complete with all the perks. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
