We chose this hotel based on the photos, but the reality was completely different. The location was great — just about 50m from the beach. The first room had a bad smell, no towels, a broken fridge, and non-working air conditioning. My wife even found broken glass on the floor. The second room was slightly better, but still dirty and poorly maintained — damaged walls, a cracked shower splash panel, and again, no working fridge or AC. We were told the air conditioning would start working on June 1. It never did. Cleanliness across the hotel was unacceptable. In the restaurant, plates, cups, and cutlery often had visible stains. The pool area was also dirty and poorly maintained. The final “highlight” — we requested takeaway breakfast in advance, confirmed it the day before, and on departure morning there was no staff and no breakfast. The only positives were the balcony and the restaurant staff. Food was tasty as well even though the variety wasn't great. Everything else felt worn out, misleading, and far below any 4 star standard.

The hotel was in a great location, but that was the only positive aspect. The entire property felt very worn out, which would have been the least of our problems, but everything also felt dirty and sticky. The air conditioning was not working. The reception staff promised it would start working on June 1st; we stayed for another three days after that, but it never started working. We were also promised a takeaway breakfast for our departure day, but there was no one at the reception in the morning, our calls went unanswered, and we were left without breakfast. The catering staff was lovely, and while the food selection was very small, it was tasty. Unfortunately, the unfriendliness at the reception and the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel overshadowed the positive aspects

Horrible state of rooms. The hotel is run down looks like hasn't had a repair in decades. Cleanliness is a myth here. I would not recommend. Staff is nice though. Food is not good either. The hotel looks nothing like the picture.
