Best hotel ever with great staff, lady at the bar Barbara is the best in the world

Great holiday for me and my partner. We stayed for 2 weeks and could not fault anything, food and drinks are brilliant with something different every day of the week even for the picky eater. The staff are lovely especially barbra behind the bar. They're all so attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel very very clean the new pools are an amazing sun trap. Barbara the bar maid was especially friendly, often working the bar on her own never got stressed just polite and made the holiday lovely.

Second time stayed here and loved it again. Team are great and friendly, especially Donna, Barbara and George at the bar! Little tip, if you want to book a trip, book at the little shop MIRANDA’S just next to the hotel ( approx 250 yards down the road) . Much better than TUI trips. Recommend 3 island cruise. Loved our stay was our second time coming and was amazing again! Barbara,George k, Donna and all bar staff such a brilliant team and asset to the hotel. very accommodating and make you feel so welcome. stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every single bit of it. The receptionists are so helpful and are happy to help if you have any enquiries. The manager of the hotel Smaragdi is so amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your stay. Her son George is also amazing, so kind and polite. He is always happy to talk to you. The hotel is cleaned daily and never messy anywhere the restaurant staff are always happy and polite. The entire hotel is just a happy place for us. Such an amazing family run hotel. Cannot wait to come back.
