My family and I stayed at the Jaz Sharm Dreams for the last 2 weeks, and have had a fantastic family holiday here. The staff throughout the hotel have been lovely, especially Ahmed at the Waterfall Bar near our room, who has been serving us drinks for the full 2 weeks. There are plenty of swimming pools to enjoy, at times it felt like we had our own private pool as we used the smaller pools for the children as the main pools are a little deep for them. Food has been really good and the restaurant will cater to fussy needs if asked (which my family and I are VERY fussy with food) Overall an excellent experience and would come back again in the future!

It’s the best hotel In sharm and it’s nice and good

Everywhere was nice and cool inside. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help including driving me to my room. A particular highlight was that staff left a piece of birthday cake in my room, which I really appreciated it.
