JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

Excellent hotel with lovely staff! Beautiful gardens, spacious rooms, delicious food and a great beach!

We visited Jaz mirabel beach in August 2025. Returned to jaz mirabel park and club in may 2026. The staff definitely sell this place nothing is too much trouble - please remember to tip in Egyptian pounds. Staff name drops - Hassan from the bar Mohammed and Said from the snack bar Mous, Osama and Sameh from the restaurant and Shady one of the hotel managers. The food is great you'll always find something to eat even if you're fussy or have dietary requirements. Alcoholic drinks are hit and miss depends who makes them they may blow your head off! Jazy kids club try their best to entertain the children- the pizza party needs rethinking, maybe make pizzas with smaller groups to ensure each child gets the pizza back that they made! The coral reef is a must see I hate the sea but had to get in for a snorkel, my FH was always out there. Rooms are cleaned daily with beach towels swapped each evening too, tea and coffee facilities andsnacks in thefridge- these are chargeable. The entertainment team try so hard to ensure a great experience for everyone from circus nights, pool parties and white nights to name a few. We loved the boho night! We got engaged at soho square, the hotel made sure we had a special engagement from the use of the spa to decorating our room and our table at dinner. The slides are great, the pools are great even a quiet pool and adults only if you can get away from the children! The excursions on offer are great value, unfortunately we didn't go on any as we have SEND children who wanted to but physically couldn't. We loved our 2nd trip to jaz maybe we will return for a 3rd 🤞🏼20 min walk to shops or 5 min taxi ride. They have a great selection of shops across the road too. Everyone is super friendly, no need to worry at all. Happy holidays 🇪🇬☀️

Staff where excellent and took the holiday to another level. Everything was clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely be visiting again

Had an amazing time at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, swimming pools are nice and big again very clean. The life guards are very friendly and great with the kids, always offering to blow up any inflatables or help move sunbeds. Our room cleaner was fekery, very pleasant and helpful. We ate in the buffet restaurant most days and our server moustaffa was the best. Again as was the manager Mohamed, always checking in to ensure everything was ok. Food in the snack bar was great, as were the server Mohamed. Also the food in the Italian was great. Hassan in the bar at the reception was great, always coming over with snacks for the children and taking his time to chat to us all. Overall every single staff member couldn’t do enough to help and it definitely made our trip, we would come back to this hotel again and highly recommend.

Bad location: located near waste water management facility, bad odors outside of the rooms and in the resort, windy most of the year, jetty open only in the second half of the day. Rooms: outdated, in need of remodeling, old tv and fridge, good mattresses. Very good Wi-fi. Pools: good, water slides very small compared with other resorts. Snack bar by the beach: at least 30 mins of waiting time after placing the order. Low quality ice cream served. Main restaurant: food is not very diverse, poor quality coffee and juice, bottled soda only. Not what you would expect from a 5 star resort.
