Easy to get into town calm and quite loverly aircon rooms and spacious half board food plentiful average entertainment local beaches within 10min bus ride €2 each way. Worth the price. Staff and service very nice and great attitude.Amenities are plentiful to.

Absolutely lovely apartments in a great area near tio nissi beach 20 mins walk or 10 15 to landa beaches etc. Bust stop outside so very easy for getting to ayia napa and protaras and all the way to paralimini area. The owners staff cleaners are fantastic. spotlessly clean and towels etc changed every day. Breakfast and food in restaurant is great aswell and couldnt find anything to fault it. You do have to pay for your drinks food all the time which ideally would hev been better it being put on your room to pay later. Not ideal but not a fault. dont hesitate to book these apartments they are great. be back soon. david and liz

So close to being a 5 star review but the music at the pool area was not appropriate for young children/ teenagers. It was loud and unabridged versions of RAP - which we enjoy but the language was un-censored. Everything else was excellent and the staff were always happy to help.

I can’t fault this place at all. Friendly, clean, welcoming. We arrived late on a Tuesday and were greeted with a smile. Taken to our apartment, so clean and everything you could need, all the information given to you when you arrive, and days before leave they give you any updates on your collection. Very related atmosphere, the food is lovely. There’s a place to store your luggage after you have checked out and shows facilities. It’s about an hours walk to Ayia Napa and a short walk to the beaches, which are very clean and well maintained. We tried a few restaurants and bars down from the apartments, all friendly and delicious. There’s a bus stop outside takes you into protaras. You can hire bikes, scooters, buggies. Taxis are pricey. This is a lovely place! We are more regularly used to larger hotels when we go away and often go all inclusive. So we thought we would try something different by booking this, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. We stayed bed & breakfast and ate out, there’s plenty of places to choose to eat when you walk to the left from the hotel towards Ayia Napa. The rooms were clean and maintained regularly however the shower gel that was provided hasn’t been topped up for us. The only things I think I noted was that one of our rooms had a coffee machine but no hob, and the other vice versa. The hair dryer did smell slightly of burning so we’re avoiding using that. The breakfast was really good, no huge variations from day to day, the beach is a 15 minute walk and the marina near by is a good place to go. They still have some Covid restrictions in place it seems, you aren’t able to fill your own water bottle up from the cold water tap so you have to buy bottled water if you’d like fresh, other than the cups you can have with breakfast. The restaurant staff are lovely and the manageress is too, we were always made an effort with. Pleasant greetings go a long way :). The pool is lovely and clean, this is a great place to have a relaxing holiday at least in May, not sure about the height of the season. We don’t have to get up early to reserve sun beds.
