Reading reviews for this hotel just sums up you have to take them with a pinch of salt as it seems people are looking for fault instead of enjoying their holiday. We were in room 2480. Lovely room that was clean with regular fresh towels and bed change. Plenty of wardrobe space. Tea, coffee and milk provided each day in room. Pool area was nothing like reported in reviews, no matter what time we wanted a sunbed we had no problem but as in most hotels there are always reserve issues which we never enter into. The staff were extremely helpful and yes I would say the bar staff by the pool need some customer training but they were the exception. The food was good. Plenty of fresh fruits and fresh joints of meat carved every day as well as usual pasta, pizza, chinese, curry and salads etc. If you have any issues just go to reception and politely tell them and it is sorted immediately. If you have a late flight they provide you with a room, which you book for free on the morning you are leaving so no poky little room or cubicle which was a godsend for our late flight. They do charge for keeping your room for 6 hours. The area is not the best location but was fine. Just pop down the road, hop on a bus to Limassol and by the harbour is a beautiful soft golden sandy beach. Lovely long promenade to walk also. Quite frankly the hotel does it's best and for the price you pay you would have to go a long way to find the same value for money. It's easy to criticise but we were pleasantly surprised and we travel a lot. Would we return yes.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Opposites Agree on One Thing: The Staff Need Work ⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner was dragged up on a council estate. I was raised with a silver spoon. We agree on absolutely nothing. Him: “Hotel’s alright. Got a bed, got a pool, got beer. What more do you want?” Me: “Perhaps customer service that doesn’t make me feel like I’ve personally offended the staff by existing.” Him: “I’ve had worse.” Me: “Where? Prison?” The hotel itself is actually lovely - clean rooms, tidy facilities and a decent location. The problem is the staff. When even the bloke who grew up thinking a family holiday was a caravan with a broken heater starts saying, “Bit rude, them lot,” you know there’s an issue. At one point we witnessed a barmaid argue with guests so aggressively I thought she was about to challenge them to a bare-knuckle fight in the car park. My partner’s reaction: “She’s a bit spicy, int she?” My reaction: “Jeeves, fetch my pearls immediately.” We’ve been here less than 30 hours and have already decided to spend the day away from the hotel despite paying for all-inclusive because frankly the staff seem less interested in hospitality and more interested in auditioning for a reality TV show called Cyprus’s Next Top Mood Swing. And while we’re on the subject of the bar, apparently the rule is one drink at a time. Fair enough in principle, but if you’ve got the tiniest sip left in your glass, don’t even think about ordering another. You’ll be told to finish it first. Nothing quite says “all-inclusive holiday” like standing there being refused a second drink because there’s half a mouthful left in the first one. As the admittedly well-to-do half of this relationship, I would have happily paid for another drink and saved everyone the drama. Instead, I got the slightly embarrassing school-child treatment of, “No, finish that one first.” Meanwhile, the bar closes at midnight and doesn’t reopen until 6pm the following day, yet I have photos of the outside area still covered in rubbish and empty cups at 4pm in the afternoon. Sixteen hours after closing and two hours before opening again, the mess from the night before was still sitting there waiting for someone to acknowledge it existed. Ironically, despite coming from completely opposite ends of the social spectrum, our favourite thing to do is chat to people and have a laugh. We ended up making loads of friends with other guests, mostly because we kept finding ourselves in group discussions that started with, “Has anyone else had a bizarre interaction with the staff today?” Nothing brings strangers together quite like collectively wondering whether you’ve accidentally walked into a hotel where customer service is considered an optional extra. To be fair, we had an absolutely brilliant holiday in spite of it all. The guests were fantastic, the hotel itself is lovely, and the unofficial support group formed around mutual confusion and frustration provided some of the best laughs of the trip. We probably shouldn’t be bonding with fellow holidaymakers over bad customer service, but here we are. The biggest shame is that the hotel itself is genuinely nice. It’s like buying a Ferrari and finding out the steering wheel insults you every time you turn a corner. Would we return? My 1 star is for the staff only. We arrived at Atlantica oasis having big expectations from what we have seen online. To start off we got into the room and it was dirty, loads of dust under the sink and under the bed side cabinets along with what looked like Doritos. The baby travel cot we were provided with was broken and dirty my child was not sleeping in that. The curtains were stained and the mini fridge had nothing in it at all. The cleaner said on one of the days that she was not cleaning the room because it was too messy when all we wanted was the towels changed and the beds made and they kept short cutting us with towels as there was 4 of us. We also paid for a family room with Partition which we did not receive. The bath was also so small me and my partner had to shower as only a child could fit in the bath. We were expecting fresh food in the à la carte restaurant, but we were very wrong and that was also awful pre made not fresh food. The food was absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. NOTHING FRESH. NO FRESH JUICE. What hotel doesn’t do fresh juice. The cocktails were awful. NO PROPER COFFEE. The only thing you are offered is the fizzy drinks from a gun or disgusting wine or beer. The wine tasted like vinegar. I struggled to eat anything at all on this holiday and paying for all inclusive it was a total let down because we had to find local places to eat. Paying for all inclusive we would have expected to have a variety of food that we would like. Someone pooed in the outdoor pool meaning it was closed for 3 hours, it just sums up the type of place we have come to. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, they were great but the facilities were a 0. The location is terrible there is nowhere to go and you feel unsafe walking anywhere in such a busy built up area. I would not be coming again.

Lovely hotel, food and staff lovely. Room was clean and nicely decorated. We were in room 2605 which was a suite. Location not the best due to beach access but tui rep was very helpful with anything. Met lovely people. My only concern was the lifeguards on their phones. I saved a small boy from drowning and even the commotion didn’t get them to look up. Another pool issue was 4 out of 7 days the pool had to close for several hours. This wasn’t exactly down to the hotel but a family where a little girl kept pooing in the pool at what seemed to be a pattern of 2 pm in the afternoon. All in all, had a lovely time and won’t be put off returning. The lifeguards were told by management and well the poo 💩 is mostly down to the parents.

Arrived middle of the night. Room was nice but the balcony you can bearly swing a cat around on. Chairs are metal and so uncomfortable. No drying rack on the balcony for wet clothes. Kettle is provided but no one topped up milk etc. you have to ask for it. They also gave our key to next door when we were locked out - not good ! Staff look at you as tho you are bothering them most of the time, no please or thank you. Food was good but limited on choice. Staff always asking what room number you are when getting a drink or eating not sure why when you have a wristband on !?!. The big pool was lovely and warm except for when people kept pooing on it and it had to close a couple of times. Maybe people forgot where the toilets were. They also don’t wash down the sun beds, they were minging to lay on. We came for 5 days and that was enough if it was longer you’d be bored stiff, the hotel has nothing around it except for one mini supermarket and a pub .this is not a 4 star hotel more like a 3. Beach was terrible, Skegness was better. Don’t bother. Drinks watered down and weren’t greats. Entertainment was rubbish, little kids dancing on a small stage then bingo.ams nothing to do at night, the town outside was a rubbish tip, nothing there. We wouldn’t come back here because of all the points above, save your money and go elsewhere.
