Clean and well-maintained hotel, with a nice pool and very close to the sea. The food was fantastic, especially the vegetables, fruit, and desserts. I have been to Turkey eight times, but I have never encountered such unfriendly staff. No one speaks English. They do not say hello, good morning, or goodbye—not even upon arrival or departure. They are incredibly rude, ill-mannered, and cold. They charge extra for everything and never return any change. The reception staff in particular should be the face of the hotel. It is a shame, because otherwise it is a pleasant hotel, but the staff’s behavior significantly lowers the overall rating. The hotel also shows little concern for the environment—there is no recycling, a lot of single-use plastic is used, and large amounts of buffet food are thrown away.

Such a lovely hotel, very clean rooms and food area and great location next to the beach. Pool is lovely and the staff are helpful. 100% would recommend if visiting Alanya.

This was the holiday from hell. Avoid at all costs the only good thing was the beach, sun and scenery. Avoid Avoid Avoid, and please do not visit any of the surrounding areas to shop, they become aggressive if you don’t buy anything. I came back yesterday and happy to be back in England :-)
