Le Sultan

Another wonderful trip to le sultan. From Caroline in guest relations making everything run smoothly to Mourad in the restaurant and Sofien in the outside bar everything was great! Thank you. The hotel has under gone improvements and these are all positive. The pool area is even better. The gym is a good addition looking out to the sea. All the staff as always were so friendly and professional. Thank you to all of you.

I travel solo a lot and I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect by the wait staff. At each meal, while other guests are greeted, their water poured, drink orders taken, and dirty plates quickly whisked away - the staff walks right past me and ignores me. Not once in six days have I been greeted or asked if I would like something to drink. My used plates stay piled on my table. The same scenario at the poolside bar. The wait staff keep walking past me until someone sits by me, then they rush over to THEM. At this point I am still ignored until I insist upon being waited on since I was there first. Inexcusable to treat a guest who paid the same amount as every other guest like a second class person! Again, I am a very pleasant person, travel a lot, and have NEVER been treated this poorly.

Very good atmosphere! The entertainment staff lead numerous activities during the day, such as water polo, darts, archery etc. Animation team (especially Hero!) are very good and attentive. The quadbike excursion was a highlight! We basically had a private guided tour of the mountains at sunset.

Sadok from the animation team was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay at Le Sultan. He was friendly, energetic, and always made an effort to get everyone involved in the activities. His enthusiasm and positive attitude really helped create a fun atmosphere around the hotel. He was professional, approachable, and clearly passionate about making sure guests had a great experience. Thank you, Sadok, for helping make our holiday so enjoyable. You are a real credit to the animation team, and we hope to see you again in the future!
