Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa

The walls are so thin! We were in building 7 on the 3rd floor. Just normal conversation and we could easily hear everything they were saying. The doors slam all day and all night. People let their doors slam - so if we wanted a nap in the day it was impossible. The conversations in the hallways didn’t stop either! And this was in the low/wet season, so I can’t imagine the noise during peak season.

I have found the experience here at Graceland’s to be as a resort Hotel one of the best I have ever been in. It has been wonderful on becoming here for the past three years as a person with a disability of site I have been made welcome and helped so incredibly. I am amazed of how the staff have accepted and cult with my disability and I would love to thank every single one the housekeep right up to the manager. It has been a superb game delightful wonderful most amazing experience. I have loved it and I would recommend most highly anyone coming here you will at times find minor and I mean only minor faults but if you point them out they can be rectified and I done immediately so if you coming to Graceland’s, please respect the staff because the staff always respects you coming they are wonderful and especially Mr Paul is there at reception and he’s over in Customer information is everywhere is in the dining room is on the field playing volleyball is superb also to Mitz at the reception who is very approachable and willing to help. but so all the rest of the staff are incredible and would like this opportunity to thank Graceland again and I will see you next year thank you.

We stayed at Graceland Phuket Resort for four nights in April 2026 and overall had a very enjoyable stay. It is a large resort in a great location, directly across from the beach and on the quieter side of Patong, which we really appreciated. The nearby beachfront dining was also a bonus. The pools were a standout, especially the sky pool, which was our favourite. However, parts of the resort are starting to look a little tired, and some of the pool areas could do with better cleaning and refurbishment. Our 2BR Seaview Suite was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely view of the beach and sunset. The lounge and kitchen area were a great size for our family. The only downsides were a noticeable smell in the suite and the bathroom layout — having the toilet within the bathroom made it less practical when more than one person was getting ready. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, with an excellent range of options, especially the fresh fruit. Housekeeping was also fantastic — our suite was cleaned very well each day, and the elephant-shaped towels were a lovely touch. Staff throughout the resort were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed dinner at Sunset Restaurant and Bar, where the live band created a really nice atmosphere. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The location, pools, breakfast and friendly staff were definite strengths, but the resort would benefit from some updating and a little more attention to upkeep.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Graceland Resort Phuket and couldn’t recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is beautiful—great pools, excellent bars, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Every area of the hotel is well maintained, and the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. A very special thank you to Ms. Jaruwan Kreechaichana, Reservation Manager, who went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday unforgettable. She kindly arranged a surprise birthday cake waiting in our room, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It really made the celebration extra meaningful for us. The location is also perfect—just across the road from the beach, and only about a 15-minute walk to Bangla Road if you fancy some nightlife. There are also plenty of tuk-tuks and taxis right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this resort truly does. We felt well looked after from start to finish and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!
