Globales Nova

Went here for a week from the 5th of June as a family of 5. The accommodation is good. Think we stayed in one of the more dated rooms from what I can see from others pictures but it was still clean and looked after well. Maids came in everyday if needed with fresh towels. Pool was a good size with plenty of loungers around. Never struggled getting a bed around the pool. Only downside is the loungers were set back away from the pool. The pool was very deep and didnt have much of a shallow end in it but ie clearly marked with blue tiles either side of when it gets to that he deep end. Kids pool was a good size also with a slide. Lifeguards were there all throughout the day and kept a close eye on what was happening around the pool. Inflatables are allowed in the pool they just don't like them being left around the edge of the pool if you aren't using them. We arrived late into the night but there is a little shop in reception where you can get bits like drinks, crisps and milk. Animation woman who was there when we were there was amazing! The kids (Nancy and Connie) absolutely loved her and looked forward to doing the activities during the day. The kids club is located close to the pool area which is a bonus. The pool bar was good and seemed well priced for what you got! Location wise this place was great. Literally 5 minutes from the beach and all the bars and restaurants!

The apartments nova is in a perfect location close to the beach and amenities. We stayed in a studio which was well equipped and big enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The snack bar was very reasonable and served a lovely breakfast. The best thing about the accommodation is the staff, everyone was so friendly, my 2 year old grandson loved the water run (apologies to everyone he push in front of for his 2nd go!) I can't find a fault with the accommodation, thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location 2 minutes walk to beach, lovely hotel clean and quiet. Fabulous bars and restaurants round. Very friendly where ever we went. Beautiful part of Spain. Definitely go back. Let the girls have the bedroom and hubby and I slept in front room. Beds weren’t very comfortable but managed. Would have loved a sea view room but had lovely few of what we could see. Overall just a fantastic holiday.

Stayed at Globales Nova for 4 nights in May half term. The place itself is a little dated but it’s clean and has everything you need. The pool looked small on photos but was perfect for our kids. Be aware that most of it is very deep but the lifeguards are attentive and offer helpful advice. They are observant and rarely distracted (unlike some places where you see lifeguards chatting or on their phone). When we arrived late at night we were greeted with a room with a double bed. We had to make up the sofa bed with sheets from the cupboard for the kids which wasn’t great. The gentleman on reception wasn’t initially welcoming continuing on his computer without acknowledgement so we just cracked on and tried to put together and make up the sofa bed as best we could. The shower head fell down several times into the bath, how it didn’t hit us in the head I’ll never know. The jewel in the crown is Martina who does all the activities at the hotel. She is fun and just genuinely lovely. Even when there wasn’t much uptake of some of the activities she still put them on and made them fun for the small number taking part. Our kids begged for the water mat on a daily basis and she always made sure there was time to do it which created a great atmosphere around the pool. Tips for visitors… there’s a back route out of the hotel, the supermarket just across the way is far cheaper than the hotel or shop outside the front of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for the beach and all the great restaurants Palma Nova has to offer. All in all, I’d come back for the great location and the fact the hotel was clean.

Great place to stay,spotless,friendly staff with a fab pool bar.Location was perfect for the beach and various restaurants and bars.Supermarket across the road sold everything we needed and the back exit was perfect. My only complaint was the price of a safe, 56€ for four nights with 10€ returned!! Never have I paid such a price anywhere else.Did notice some guests reserving beds as early as 7am so not sure what the situation would be like in high season.
