Great experience. Jorge our butler was of great service.

Upon arrival had some hiccups on cleanliness of room, welcome gifts for Diamond club and getting set up with dinner reservations. I will share that when we were connected with Eduardo Campechano a few days into our stay as our new butler it was a game changer. Eduardo immediately took care of all our concerns and was extremely attentive during the remainder of our stay. Not only did he support my family but my extended family , which was a total of 42 people. He also helped create a special experience for my mom and aunt celebrating their 70th birthday. If you have plans to travel to this resort request him, you will not regret it .

Our Butler Edwin provided us with excellent service. He made sure all requests were met timely. He continuously checked on us daily and made sure our bed was turned down prior to our arrival. He made our stay more enjoyable!

Extremely disappointed with Royalton Bavaro. During my stay, a large rat came out from the bushes near the pool area while I was eating lunch. The incident was shocking and completely unacceptable for a resort that promotes itself as a luxury destination. I immediately reported the matter to Guest Services and management acknowledged my complaint. As a result of the incident and the dissatisfaction it caused, I was provided documentation indicating that a refund of $1,014.70 would be issued. Despite multiple follow-up emails after my trip, I never received the promised refund and my attempts to obtain an update have gone unanswered. What is most frustrating is not only the sanitation concern, but the lack of communication and customer service afterward. Guests deserve transparency, accountability, and follow-through when a resolution is promised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this resort and hope management takes guest concerns more seriously in the future.

My family and I stayed in the Diamond club 2 bedroom suite with our own swim out pool and pool table in the room itself. The room was amazing! The kids loved they had their own space and own bathrooms and that they could go swim at any time without leaving the room. Joel was our butler/concierge and he made everything so easy for us. All we had to do was reach out to him and he would take care of whatever we needed. He made all our reservations at the restaurants, arraigned transportation around the resort, got us anything we needed, and always was checking in to make sure we were ok. He was a pleasure to be around and really made the stay special. The diamond club had a pool that we could see from our private pool and a worker named Roberto saw us on the first day and made our stay even better. He would get us drinks and food from the diamond club area and bring it right to us while we were in our private pool. Didn’t even have to leave to get anything we wanted. He really went above and beyond and made our stay in that room that much better. There was a cool lazy river and food or drinks were never more than a few feet away. It never felt like it was too crowded anywhere we went, which my wife and I appreciated very much. There were nice activities to do. All in all, we had a great time at this resort and would love to stay again. Joel and Roberto definitely made the trip extra memorable and they really deserve recognition for that.
