Riu Bambu

I would seem that every time I send a request I get the opposite. I asked for a sunny room, not a difficult one, get a room three metres from the main reception building,on the group on ground floor.. Not really sure what the reason is for having this system in place.

Staff was very helpful, kind, nice everything I needed was handled and brought to me. Ruben and Laidy was fantastic many of the waiters were amazingly. Will be back for sure

Front desk are awful with sorting out problems of next door holiday makers, 😒4 nights in a row no sleep from them shouting, screaming, yelling lots, slamming doors, reported every time ok if it was 11 I get it people enjoying there hols. but not from midnight until 4am continuous. when id just gone to sleep. And a baby in room with us not great at all. for the other staff 4 stars staff nice in buffet and other restaurants.also guys at the pool were good.😀 food was nice good selection, rooms clean

We had such an amazing time the hotel was fab the beach was beautiful and there was a staff remember in the Tui part called Luis Miguel who honestly made our holiday so amazing, he was so kind and friendly and I recommend you talk to him if you're going!

Parties were great, RIu land for the kids was amazing restaurant was surprisingly good the hotel staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean. The beds were terrible they were low and uncomfortable. But I enjoyed my stay I did not go on vacation to sleep
