A very nice hotel well situated with probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in, very comfortable bed and very friendly staff the breakfast was more than adequate with options for everyone.

Wow, where do I start, the hotel was lovely, clean, roomy bedroom with comfortable bed, huge bathroom with shower, the balcony was really big. The roof top pool and solarium with panoramic views. The hotel had a great location for everything from the city , train stations and funicular. The food in the restaurant was great, the buffet breakfast with pancakes to die for, the evening meals had great choices and we wnjoyed them all. The staff were fantastic especially Gerti, he helped in so many ways we cannot thank him enough, he was a great credit to the hotel. A lovely pleasant atmosphere all over the hotel. We would definitely recommend thus hotel it was ideally situated to go to Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence with the cheap regular trains. Again thankyou so much for a wonderful stay for my milestone birthday 🎂

Me and my partner stayed here on 27th to the 30th of May for our anniversary and it was unbelievable all the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help with all requests and needs whilst being so friendly and joyful. They would have a good laugh and joke with you and take good care of you. The location is perfect we were a short walk to the thermal spa and even shorter walk to the town centre. If you walked the other direction form hotel it’s only 10 minute walk to the funicular up to the beautiful mountain town of montecatini alto. One of the staff members gel (spelling could be wrong) but he was amazing and even provided us with a taxi service as very early hours of Saturday morning to get our flight home at an amazing price. This hotel is fantastic and we will defo be returning next year 😍
