Fantastic hotel & location. Great staff, very clean hotel. Pool area is great with lots of space and great food / drink available.

What a lovely hotel in a great location in Garda with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The rooms were comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities as well as a fridge and safe. Wine was provided with the evening meal and the selection of food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing and suited everyone's tastes. The swimming pool was safe and spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar was an added bonus and served tasty snacks and a selection of drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return at a future date.

Oh wow! Just back from 10 nights at this hotel. Wholly deserved 5* review….and trust me I can be fussy. The staff? Just so happy, pleased to see you, worked as a team. Particular thanks to Alessandro (reception), all 4 staff who worked around the pool, Paulo (waiter) and the manager, who was really charming and funny. Location is fantastic. 2 minutes to bus station, 200 metres from the lake. The pool area was outstanding. Looked like there had been new resin flooring installed recently which made it look really smart and the added bonus of not being slippy. All chairs, tables, umbrellas and sun beds were good quality, possibly new. Food served around pool was reasonably priced and served quickly. Oh, and we loved the watermelon they brought around to everyone around 4pm! Food? Beautiful! Pasta, roast meats, delicious roast potatoes to mention just a few options. Proper fresh fruit salad every morning. Super tasty bread. Real desserts, not the synthetic types you often get in European hotels. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and hills. This was amazing, oh and when you hear the church bells, just perfect. And I don’t use that word lightly. Have fallen in love with the Italian Lakes and highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and location.

Hotel perfect for garda town just out of the door new management has apparently changed things from earlier reviews evening meal excellent different carvery meat every night. Pool area huge very clean hotel all staff were great really good hotel

Stayed during May 2026 half term with family including teenage daughter and son. Location is great, so close to bus station, supermarket and the lake. Appreciated the different storage options in the room - shelves, hooks, table, bedside table and drawers. Bit annoying that no socket near the mirror for drying hair. Fault in room used by other family members was dealt with swiftly. Good idea that towels and beach bag provided for the swimming pool. Cleanliness is top notch in rooms, restaurant, grounds, bar area. Very reasonable value for money. All staff friendly and professional. Two receptionists (sorry, can’t remember their names - 2 young men) helped us greatly with our bus, early breakfast and postbox questions. Restaurant and bar staff also great, especially Emi and Francesca. Garda Town itself is lovely and convenient for travelling to other Lake Garda resorts and further afield to Verona and Venice (bus then train from Peschira then another train to Venice).
