Contessina Hotel

We have just spent a fantastic week at Contessina Hotel with our family, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was perfect for our two water-loving boys, aged 4 and 6. It gave us the opportunity to relax while they enjoyed swimming whenever they wanted. What truly made our stay special, however, was the hotel staff. Every single person we interacted with was polite, professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anastasia, Vicky, and Monika, who looked after us so wonderfully during breakfast and in the evenings. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. What impressed us even more was how warmly they treated our children. Our boys were always acknowledged, spoken to kindly, and made to feel important, which meant a lot to us as parents. We would also like to give a huge thank you to the team at the Kids Club. You did an outstanding job creating fun, engaging, and thoughtful activities for the children. Our boys absolutely loved participating and looked forward to seeing you every day. Your enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Overall, we had an amazing week filled with delicious food, wonderful people, relaxation, and unforgettable family moments. Our stay at Contessina collection Hotel in Zakynthos was amazing. We stayed in the large double suite with a private pool, and the beautiful garden made it feel even more special. In addition to our private pool, we were also able to enjoy the hotel's other pools, which was a great bonus. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made our stay truly pleasurable from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, with outstanding housekeeping that cleaned twice a day and replaced towels throughout the day. The suite was extremely comfortable, and every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to suit all our tastes, from freshly cooked breakfast items to an excellent selection of continental choices. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos.

Amazing hotel definitely 5 star. Hotel rooms are stunning very comfortable beds. The pool is lovely all of them. The entrance to the hotel really stands out. Amazing staff. Close to the beach and bars. Would definitely return.

This hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town. After talking to the locals , it was clear to see this hotel is the best hotel on resort. The breakfast choice was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. Our executive room took our breath away.! we stayed bed and breakfast but regularly had food and cocktails. The prices were very similar to that on the resort so not overly priced. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to others as it was head and shoulders above every other one we saw on the resort You would not regret staying here. We’ll worth the custom.

Very good back, neck and shoulders massage and the hotel is very awesome.
