TUI MAGIC LIFE Redsina Sharm El Sheikh

From the moment we arrived, the service and warmth here were outstanding. A special shout-out to Executive Chef Abdelghaffar—he was so right from the start. When my boyfriend felt unwell, he went above and beyond, even happily making him the "burnt toast" he’d asked for 😂! Throughout our two-week stay, we shared so many laughs and jokes with him. He even looks after the resident cat Romero, buying tuna out of his own pocket to feed him—such a kind touch! Housekeeper Mohammed Mustafa Morsi was brilliant too, always smiling and sharing a joke. The entertainment team were fantastic—super friendly, remembered everyone’s names, special thanks to Bianca,Lucy and Nena, made every activity fun. The exercise classes were brilliant too, with so much encouragement and energy from everyone involved—special thanks to Hugo and Josie! The food was exceptional, and all the chefs, waiters, especially Captain Mohammed Rezk bar staff, and pool team were attentive and welcoming at every turn. Saying goodbye after two weeks was hard—it didn’t feel like just a holiday; it truly felt far more like staying with friends than a holiday. We’d definitely return!

We visited this hotel last year and had such a fantastic time we decided to return and were not disappointed. Now taken over by Tui the improvements made by them have enhanced an already lovely hotel. Check in was super easy and we were allocated our requested room of 17105 which is a swim up in a block of 3 rooms, it gets the sun all day and the pool is a decent size and great temperature. Room was cleaned every day (pillows are very padded and high so we took our own). We emptied the mini bar on arrival and kept it separate then replaced it all back when we left as it is all chargeable. Clooneys shop over the road from the hotel is very cheap to stock up on soft drinks, milk and snacks if needed. Taken an extension lead as there are minimal sockets. We also had a duvet instead of just a sheet as the AC works a treat and can be cold at night (just ask at reception or housekeeping). Water supplied every day. There are now tui shows with professional dancers who were great, white night is a must in the lobby bar, as is the beach party. All the tips are shared and we did tip for the excellent service regularly. There is an ATM in reception where you can change pound notes to Egyptian money which is preferential for tips (not pound coins as they are difficult for the waiters to change). The new A La Carte restaurants are fantastic, especially Green curry, they serve snacks during the day, lovely burgers, chicken bites and flat breads. In the evening the Indian menu is really delicious. HASSAN the waiter was especially good, he often served us for breakfast and then for lunch at Green Curry. The buffet is good although repetitive but we always found something to eat and there is also fresh salad. There are plenty of activities including pickle ball, archery, shuffleboard and then games and activities in the main pool with loads of sunbeds. We didn't use the silent pool as we had a swim up but it is ideal if you want to read and has a bar. The lobby bar in the evening is a great place to be, special mention to waiter AHMED who is always smiling, helpful and efficient, he looked after us very well. Also I must shout out to JUNIOR who dances non stop and is great in getting everyone involved, we got to know him quite well and he was just brilliant, thank you. Don't miss the snorkelling at the end of the jetty, well worth doing, you can hire a mask from the diving centre cheaply. The staff in general cannot do enough for you, whatever you want the answer is YES, we even managed a late check out, well worth the money as we had a late fight home. Overall we had the most amazing time, highly recommend this hotel and we will return! Thank you to everyone.

Just returned from an amazing 12 days here at TUI magic life Redsina. Resort spotlessly maintained and beautiful grounds. Staff all very friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Incredible value for money and worth every penny. Really is the 5* experience. The pools are clean and well maintained and always able to get a sun bed, no matter what time of day we ventured to the pool! The food on offer is exceptional and there is something to eat available for all. The food is well laid out and chefs and waiters are all friendly and helpful. The entertainment is top notch and something for everyone! Our room was near the terrace bar and once inside our room could not hear the music. We were very happy with the entire holiday and would not hesitate to return. The snorkelling is out of this world and a must try! the life guard on the jetty is friendly and enjoys a banter! Overall all an amazing 5* holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Magic Life Sharm El Sheikh Redsina. The food was excellent throughout our holiday, with plenty of variety and high-quality options at every meal. The service was outstanding, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There were so many brilliant activities available every day, making it easy to stay entertained. The atmosphere around the resort was amazing, and everything was very well organised. A special mention goes to Nina, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and made my experience even more enjoyable. Her energy and dedication really stood out and made a lasting impression. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to return in the future!
