Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort has a beautiful atmosphere, with a nice pool area, comfortable surroundings, and a relaxing holiday feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they did their best to make our stay pleasant. When we asked to change to a room near to the lobby, they reacted right away. I would especially like to thank the cooking staff for the delicious food and the effort they put into preparing different meals. You always find some good food and grill. They need only to upgrade snacks and put more divercity. A special thank you also goes to our room cleaner "Gabr", who was always very kind, helpful, and friendly. He kept the room clean and comfortable every day, and he even surprised us with funny towel shapes that brought a smile to our faces. The hotel is very big, so it's a long way to the beach for the ones that does not like walking when it's too hot. But, they have a shuttle bus almost every 1 hour to the beach. If they update it to every 30 minutes it would be better. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday memorable. We had a great time and would happily recommend this resort to others visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

Beautiful hotel, great location! The staff were amazing! Very relaxing holiday and my kids loved it. Our room was kept pristine by (Gabr) who made the most amazing towel art.

We loved our stay in the Aurora, this was our first stay in Sharm el Sheik and definitely wont be our last, we would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike. Customer service from all of the staff is impeccable, the cleanliness is also superb, especially our room cleaner we had a couple of towel arts while we stayed especially for my husbands birthday it was beautiful. We would like to mention a few of the staff who made our stay extra special every day in the resturant Mahmoud, Faheem ( manager ) and all the waiters were excellent in their service couldnt do enough for you there were many of the staff who were awesome but we did forget to write all your names down thank you so much and also Ahmed the omelette maker they were fantastic and always a cheeky smile remembered your order every day even with hundreds of people going past At the pool we preferred the Pathio pool it was a little quieter and near the beach a special mention to Thomas and Fady the pool bar staff excellent service always made sure you were never thirsty lol, The towel guy Mohammed Ali always smiling and made sure you were comfortable kept you shaded if you wanted it We will be back keep doing what you are doing guys you are doing a fabulous job

We had a lovely week but many things need to change like bathrooms need attention broken tiles,but the main thing we didn't like was the restraunt,it was like a free for all,had to queue if you wanted a drink soft drink or alcohol ones waiters were there just to clear tables ,just a shambles really at times, We used the small pool it was quite & the pool waited Fady & the towel man both amazing ,helpful always smiling , Beach snack bar would give it a miss not worth going , We went Arab Bucks one night the food &service was 100% also went to the usual Hard Rock next to hotel again 100% service. We were booked again for September with friends but received an email about the renovations getting done while we would have been there so we decided to change the hotel to another one glad about that Staff work hard our room man was great cannot fault him Lots of shops outside hotel
