Such an amazing hotel, loads to do, loads of choice of food, really relaxed as well. Staff and animation team couldn’t do enough for you

2nd trip to this beautiful hotel. The food is high claas wonderful and the staff are the magic to this hotel. The friendliness and welcome is 100%. The management must be very proud. The tui blue staff are professional and one Dutch lady rep Ivy was so very engaging what an assest to your team. Everything rooms. Location and the overall experience was outstanding. This hotel delivers for familes. Couples and solo travellers....

Fabulous Hotel from start to finish, this was our third visit and have already booked for next March. We had previously been in a junior suite on the beach, this time in room 134 which was more central and we loved it. Food, drinks and service here is second to none, nothing negative to say. A special mention to our pal Hassan(sunshine) in the main bar, looked after us royally and we had some great laughs. Get the whisky sours ready sunshine, we are coming back.

We stayed here in May for a 2 week stay, really relaxed, rooms were comfortable and clean, fridge stocked up regular,food was lovely, staff were really friendly couldn’t do enough for you, animation team went out of their way to chat to guests on a daily basis, food was very good we never had any problems good choices. All restaurants we visited were lovely. Overall we had a good 2 weeks, would I go back most definitely, if you want relaxation this is the place.

Check In quick but didn’t receive welcome drink or face wipe like other guests, cases took to our room by nice friendly gentleman. Rooms cleaned but could do with some touches here and there fir a 5 star. Free safe, English channels and mini bar stocked daily withFresh towels daily. Pool lovely plenty beds, pool staff always helpful, would get you what you needed just ask them. Staff around pool bar amazing great job. Animation team great Olivia and mo were fantastic, always took time out to talk, others were also good and very professional. Lord of classes to keep you fit along with a gym. Food well can’t fault it, restaurants main buffet was all great. Indian and Mediterranean were our favourites and the Yades for breakfast/lunch staff here a credit to hotel, think I’ve put a stone on off all the good food. Bar staff on a night were also great new our drinks straight away, would we come back absolutely loved how you could use restaurants as many times as you liked. Taxi service from hotel into harbour was really good 👍 Every staff member we came across were friendly and helpful definitely return 😊 Thanks TUI blue crystal bay for a great stay ☺️…
