ery nice hotel. The food was excellent, and Chef Fathy was someone I had not seen for 19 years, so it was a real pleasure to meet him again. I am very pleased to see the improvements made to this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I was also delighted to meet the General Manager, who is a very kind and welcoming person. From start to finish, everyone provided excellent service and made my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be returning again in the near future. Gaber Ahmed

Wifi is terrible, most of the drinks are paid, rooms are filled with bugs that bite u, I've seen roaches, the staff never brought u clean towels - i always had to go to the reception and tell them to send some, the massage staff wont leave u alone & the whole staff expects a tip for everything. The first room we've been in smelled so bad we had to change it. Some barmen will get mad at u for wanting a simple pepsi. The main restaurant is small & the food there isn't the best. We went to the italian style restaurant & the food was so bad my whole family got sick and had to get a IV. The doctor is nice & good tho. But if you're looking for a nice vacation you should avoid this hotel. We asked for food before our flight and they wanted us to pay too. The only nice person there was the waiter called Mario.
