KEEKO AND ILLIOS were the best animation they were always pleasant and asked us to join the activities. The others never came near. The team are new and need to coordinate their dancing. The food was not as good as February there was hardly any chicken dishes. Achmed pool manager is the best always professional and nothing is any problem. The hotel wouldnt be the same without him. Guest relations never come round to ensure everything is up to standard. The gardeners work really hard. The management has changed and they used to have a meet the management with cocktails this doesn't happen anymore.

Hotel rooms were very clean. 🧽 Grounds were beautiful. Food and drinks. Very good. Restaurants excellent. Pools very clean. Beach and gardens very nice. Staff very friendly great security team Animation very good shows varied. All in all exceptional experience. Extremely happy. Trip seller. Fruit man. Shops well priced. We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely be coming back! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and had an unforgettable holiday. A very special thank you to the entertainment team, who made our stay even more memorable. Masha, Ilyes, Yahiya and Oreo are simply the best entertainers ever! They were always kind, friendly, helpful and full of energy. They made us feel like part of the family and were a huge part of what made this trip so special. We loved every single moment of our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more time with this incredible team and all the activities they organised. I loved the experience at the hotel! Everyone is so nice and kind, they make everything feel perfect for us! The animation team is the best! We loved the activities and energy! Amazing hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much bother. The food has been brilliant with plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. Entertainment staff are absolutely fantastic and so friendly and full of life and laughter. The staff around the pool are constantly cleaning, mopping and tending to the area to make sure the hotel stays beautiful. First time to this hotel and will definitely be returning! A brilliant holiday.
