Aladdin Beach Resort

We have just returned home from spending an amazing week at the aladdin beach resot . I can thank everyone at the hotel enough. The hotel grounds, rooms and facilities where spotless . The food had a great variety The waiters where amazing in the restaurants. The location is perfect not far from airport, shopping centre and other attractions. Aqua park was again spotless and staff brilliant. I cannot wait to return next year

We had a fantastic stay at this resort, mainly because the bar staff were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for you and made us feel special. The room was nice, clean and plenty of storage. Shower room was roomy. Sushi, Mongolian and Asian restaurant were fantastic and easy to book with the app or in reception. The fish restaurant was awful (in our opinion). It was rushed, the food was thrown on the plate, not very appetising at all. Service was the worst out of all of them. The buffet had plenty of choice. Tips go along way. We are definitely returning ext year.

On arrival the reception staff were very polite and friendly. Reception staff were the same the whole way through our 10 day stay. Our room had a pool view, queen size bed , very spacious and plenty of storage and it was spotless. Water replenished in the fridge every day. Our housekeeping was top class, beautiful arrangments made with a towel left on the bed with flowers. The room was spotless, cleaned every day. The food was amazing, such a large variety to choose from.My husband and i never ate one bad meal. Everything we ate was delicious. The pool bar man was top class, so friendly and helpful. The pool area also spotless and the pool staff were amazing and very hard workers. The hotel waiting staff were faultless, always smiling, funny and nothing was ever a bother to them. Even the staff in the pharmacy were so helpful. This was our first time in Egypt, we wanted a chilled out relaxing holiday after an awful year and thats exactly what we got. The holiday was amazing.Top class in fact. We will be back to Aladdin Beach Resort next year. Well done to all the staff for making our holiday so special. Mrs Jane Bassett

The experience in this Resort was so nice. The staff is a 10, they are happy to help you if you need anything, the cleanliness also impressed me, the evening shows are also fantastic.

1st time visiting Egypt and Aladdin beach resort and was so impressed by this hotel. I’ve never known a hotel be as clean and well staffed as Aladdin is. Every where you look someone is cleaning and all staff had a constant smile on their face. As 2 female travellers we felt incredibly safe on site and can’t find 1 fault with our stay at all. The food was lovely and plentiful with a selection to suit most needs and we stayed in one of the standard rooms which yes the furniture wasn’t as modern as the deluxe but so long as I have a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in I’m happy. Fantastic hotel with a great vibe to it and I will definitely be back.
