Nicholas Color Hotel

The rooms are a good size. Even though the hotel is in the city center, at least we didn't hear any city noise. The bed mattress was firm. At least I slept well with my back problems. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The staff was friendly.

Our stay at Nicholas Color Hotel was simply amazing and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived at reception, where we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, to the comfortable and well-maintained rooms, everything contributed to a perfect holiday. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions of Ayia Napa. A very special thank you to the entire team at Rainbow Restaurant. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to mention Mr. Vlad Petru and Gaga, who made us feel truly welcome, but every team member deserves recognition for their outstanding service. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent every day, offering a wide variety of options that were healthy, delicious, and carefully prepared with great quality. The dedication, professionalism, and kindness of the entire staff made these holidays unforgettable. We highly recommend Nicholas Color Hotel and hope to return in the future. "A nice hotel with an excellent location close to the beach and shops. Friendly staff, and the breakfast was okay. The pool area was a good size, and there were sun loungers available every day. On the downside, there were a few flies buzzing around almost daily at the pool. I wonder if there are trash cans nearby?"

The hotel may look renovated on the outside, but the rooms on the ground floor where we stayed were in very poor condition. The soundproofing was terrible, the door was very old, as was the bathroom door. In the bathroom, any metal fixtures were rusty. It was also not very clean. The breakfast was very poor. Not recommended, especially for families.

The hotel itself is in a really good location. It has been looked after the gardens are lovely 😍. The dinner was lovely, breakfast and lunch to but the snack bar is absolutely disgusting, how can you call that food, I understand all inclusive not going to be amazing but thos was not great at all! Hot dogs tiny, spag bowl dry, burger the bun is twice the size of the burger 🍔 Staff A real let down as every time I have been to Cyprus they have been freindly, but these guys just wanted to go home I understand its end of October and season is nearly over but they could of been alot more polite. One of the barman was just chatting every bird up he saw and was clearly on something going to the bathroom and then coming out wiping his nose 👃 and sniffing! Was polite to all the woman but when a bloke came up no interaction... I mean I ain't fussed but a simple smile would of sufised Overall I would stay again if the staff and the snack bar would improve as its a lovely lil hotel
