Evabelle Napa Hotel Apartaments

The hotel looks like the photos and is well located, which is a positive point, as well as the friendliness of the staff, who are very kind and welcoming. However, these are unfortunately the only real positives of the stay. The soundproofing is terrible, both from the road side and between the rooms, which makes the stay very uncomfortable. The swimming pool and bar, located in the middle of the rooms, create constant noise and make it impossible to enjoy a peaceful holiday. In addition, the cleanliness of the room upon arrival was not satisfactory at all, which was very disappointing. Overall, a mostly negative experience despite a few limited positives.

We had a lovely 4 weeks stay in a 1 bedroom apartment...everything about the hotel is spot on, location, cleanliness, food, staff etc...already booked for another stay in 2027. Would highly recommend 😎

This hotel is full with british people....not the nice kind, but the worst kind. People are fighting drunk over night, im no poor sleeper and i can woke up to these fight noises from other ROOMS (not only one, but many) and the cars playing music outside. There reads that hotel has elevator. Wich is true, but only on the other building. Some of these quests were so drunk and rude on the poolside, i hadto tell the staff, and they were very sorry and say that there is nothing that they can do, "this is the same always, wont change" Nice pool, centre location, nice staff but not worth the price.

I stayed at Evabelle for 5 nights in the middle of May and had a fantastic stay from start to finish and the hotel had a mix of families and young adults. The staff were amazing throughout our stay and I genuinely couldn’t fault them at all. I actually stayed here around 5 years ago and returned this year because I had such a positive experience previously. Both then and now, I’ve always felt safe, welcomed and looked after by all of the staff. A special thank you to Christof, who was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. He always had a smile on his face, took the time to chat with guests and made everyone feel welcome. Staff like Christof really make a difference to your holiday experience and are a credit to the hotel. We stayed as a group of four. The main bedroom had two single beds pushed together, which were very comfortable and easily the comfiest beds in the room. In the living area there were two additional single beds. One was a larger single bed with a split down the middle of the mattress which made it slightly less comfortable, while the other single bed was perfectly comfortable. Every bed came with one pillow, and there were thicker duvets stored in the cupboards if needed. The room was well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer and hairdryer, which made self catering easy and convenient. Breakfast is served until 12pm, which is perfect when you’re on holiday and don’t want to rush up early. Food can also be ordered from the bar and either eaten at a table or brought directly to your sunbed. The food was good value for money and generally very enjoyable. Personally, I felt some dishes could have done with a little more seasoning, but that’s purely down to personal taste. Check out is at 12pm, and there is a luggage storage room available if you have a later flight. The room is unlocked, so that’s worth keeping in mind. There is also a shower room and gym available for guests to use after check out. Just remember to bring your own towel, shower gel and toiletries, as only a hairdryer is provided in the shower room. Overall, I would highly recommend Evabelle. The location is excellent, being central to Ayia Napa while still feeling comfortable and secure. The staff are outstanding, the facilities are great for the price, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Beautiful and clean apartment rooms nice and spacious but not a great deal of storage lovey powerful shower the pool area was cleaned down every morning plenty of of drinks and food from the pool bar the apartments are very central with lots of shops and restaurants close by Ayia Napa strip is close by but not closer enough that you can here all the noise all the staff were very friendly and helpful the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the breakfast was only ever lukewarm warm even if you went in at 7.30 but this would not stop me returning on a self catering basis
