Chrystalla

We recently stayed here 24th May for 11 nights. We had a sea view room on the third floor. The room was spotless. Cleaned everyday. Clean towels everyday. Sheets changed regularly too. All staff very friendly & helpful, especially the maid on our floor. Always cheerful & helpful. Will definitely be going back. Can’t wait!! Sue & Alan!!

We’ve stayed in 3 other hotels in protaras ranging from self catering to all inclusive but this hotel beats the lot. A brilliant location a 2 minute walk from fig tree bay is a plus but the hotel the staff and excellent food there is very little of anything to complain about. Stayed in room 209 with a sea view, it looks out over a the lovely fig tree bay was something to wake up to. Breakfast was good but the evening meal left little to complain about. Themed food nights the Cyprus one was amazing. The hotel is spotless the cleaners are a credit to the hotel. Bar staff and waitresses are very good Thank you for being part of a great holiday. We will be back that’s for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for a week food was lovely breakfast and dinner and the food around the pool no complaints,rooms were lovely and clean,great coffee shop 2 steps out of hotel and 5 steps to the nearest supermarket.Not even a five minute 5 to fig tree beach,Restaurants and bars on your doorstep,would highly recommend and only a 15 minute taxi into ayia napa

Our first time at the Chrystalla after many previous trips staying in different hotels. My partner uses a wheelchair and the staff went above and beyond to provide a suitable room. He had a little difficulty getting into the shower as the base had a big lip on it but he managed. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The rooms were cleaned and beds done daily. Staff are very friendly and provide a great service. The pool area is the best I’ve seen compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Food was really good with lots of choices. Could have been hotter sometimes but that seems to be the norm with most hotels with a buffet. You can walk to Fig Tree Bay beach in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all of the lovely staff. We had a great holiday.

We and our family have been going to the Chrystalla Hotel for many years and recently returned again.I would like to recommend people to take their next holiday here.everything is great, from the location, close to fig tree bay beach and the strip with its many bars,shops and restaurants, to the comfort, cleanliness and ,great food and friendliness.A family run hotel , they make the stay a lovely, memorable experience and most return again and again. Thank you , once more to all the management and staff .see you soon. As a foot note, Cyprus is very safe right now .All is as normal.
