A very good hotel apt!!! The best thing about the APTS is the pool and garden area which is surrounded by green The 1 Bdr apt is very big can fit 4-5 persons The only bad thing is that it has no lift which I didnt know.So is difficult to climb 3 flights of stairs for 3 floor... Finally the APTS are a good choice if you don't care for luxury and you don't want to pay a fortune for holidays!!!

On arrival, we were checked in by a friendly lady at reception. After check-in, a gentleman directed us to our room but didn’t actually show us where it was. Instead, he pointed upstairs and indicated a room on the right-hand side of the second floor. As I was travelling with my 71-year-old mum and we had two large suitcases, I went up first on my own to locate the room before bringing my mum and the luggage up. When I got there, I discovered that wasn’t even our room. Our actual room was on the left-hand side of the third floor. Once I realised how many stairs were involved and that there was no lift, I returned to reception to ask whether a lower-floor room was available. I appreciate that I hadn’t requested one when booking, but I was surprised that no assistance with luggage had been offered, especially given my mum’s age. Unfortunately, there were no alternative rooms available until the following morning. When I returned to reception and explained the situation, the gentleman then claimed that he had offered to help with our luggage, which he hadn’t. I then asked the receptionist whether he could assist us with the suitcases, and she asked him to help, which he agreed to do. Thanks to that assistance, we were able to stay in the room. Once settled, we were very pleased with the apartment. We had booked a renovated Superior One-Bedroom Apartment, which was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The only downside was that the patio doors had been left slightly open before our arrival, which unfortunately resulted in us being bitten by mosquitoes during the first couple of nights. We paid 70 euros for the air con. The apartment had a sea view and a large balcony. Although our apartment overlooked the main road, we weren’t disturbed by traffic noise at all, either during the day or overnight. We stayed on a half-board basis and the staff at CJ’s were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. We ended up eating out of an evening because we unexpectedly met up with family members who were staying nearby and therefore only had one evening meal, which was good snd large portion. The pool area was lovely, clean, new beds and parasols and well maintained. The apartments were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided and aside from the issue on arrival, all the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great, just a short walk from Fig Tree Bay, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The quality of the renovated apartment, the cleanliness, facilities, location and overall atmosphere made for a lovely holiday and we would definitely return.

We arrived and our room was on the front which was very noisy with traffic from the main road which made the balcony unusable too. We went straight to reception to ask to switch to a room at the back and were told we could but they would charge €50. We didn’t do this on principle but by the end of 11 nights certainly wished we had! Only allowed 1 key card which was a pain. The room itself was lovely as was the breakfast but the noisy road will put me off coming back here.

Actually really surprised by this 3 star hotel, and can see they have worked hard to bring the standard up considerably. Apartment was clean and comfortable albeit it could have helped to have some basic necessities like some bathroom soap and shower gel. Air conditioning was extra, but to be fair we did not need it as the weather was odd for this May and cool and damp at times. We had a ground floor apartment next to CJ’s which meant not much privacy if you wanted to sit out, as everyone wanders by, same in morning as people go to pool, also no where to hang towels (ie no clothes line). Nice pool area, and sun-beds upgraded and very comfy. Nice sun umbrellas, but you have to move your sun-bed, as the umbrellas are fixed into ground. The cleaners did a very good job keeping the apartment clean and fresh, with Sunday the only day they do not clean. Towels changed every other day, bins every day, and toilet area cleaned every day. Area at front to park a hire car if you want to, and a short walk to the “Protarus strip “.

What a surprisingly lovely apartment complex, small but undoubtedly friendly. Arrived early hours on a Monday morning, we were directed to our room and were pleasantly surprised, a clean modern 1 bedroom superior apartment. The rooms were cleaned almost daily with clean towels every 2 days, the staff were efficient and unintrusive. The grounds and the landscaping around the complex was lovely, the pool was clean and inviting on those hot days. The sunbeds were plentiful with thick cushions I've not even experienced at most 4 or 5 star resorts. Being a small family run business they have everything on point, the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed, no animation teams like big hotels pestering you to do archery or water aerobics. Any and all entertainment is provided by CJ's restaurant and their adjacent pool bar which is run by husband and wife team Carl and Jane, who are amazing, we have never felt so genuinely welcome on holiday as we did at CJs, all their staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you, and the food is of top quality and tasty. Best holiday ever. One thing is for sure we will be returning, very, very soon.
