AluaSun Helios Beach

A lovely week in Ozbor, the hotel was very clean with a perfect location on the beach. The staff are really friendly and the services is excellent. The pool is good but not heated. There is a lovely park nearby and the small town is close, just a 10 minute walk. The restaurant is good, the food has a lot of variety, salads are exceptional and a good coffee range. The warm food can be hit and miss but there is enough variety for everyone. The kids all loved the ice cream deserts. Local Drinks are fine with cocktail options. We came at the end of May so out of season and quiet which is what we wanted .

We enjoyed a week’s holiday here in May. Overall the hotel was very good. It is well located on the beach and a short walk from the town centre. There is a large swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. All the staff were very friendly. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. We have never stayed anywhere where tables have been cleared so quickly and all done politely and in a calm manner. Our room was very spacious and had a wonderful sea view. We paid more for an upgraded room but it was worth the extra. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Nowhere is perfect however. The lounge area is too small for the number of guests. The outside of the building could do with a facelift. The food could be improved but that said we had some nice meals too. There are however more good points than bad and we would stay at this hotel again. I would add that a lot of the shops and all the beach bars were closed. Apparently the main tourist season doesn’t start until June.

We found all the staff and management very polite and helpful. Made our birthday and wedding anniversary a memorable occasion. The GM and the staff made our holiday very special. Thank you all, much appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would return back one day.

We had ants in our room at a 3 star hotel. It is not aceptable in 2026 at a 3 star hotel. I do not recommend at all.

Hotel lovely rooms good size staff friendly outstanding location pool bar good drinks food was hit and miss but always something cake good ice cream all day with a snack bar a place i would definitely go again
